We helped ROC Ventures activate its community-minded mission by pioneering a partnership with the Tourism Commision to unify the town’s businesses.

In the Franklin suburbs outside Milwaukee, there’s a unique entertainment complex called ROC Ventures. When this community asset needed a title sponsor for their new state-of-the-art ballfield, we created an incredible opportunity: a partnership with the Tourism Commission.

As the largest tourist attraction in the town, the field could become an anchor point for visitors, while using its own significant media and ad placements to promote other must-stops around town.

Franklin tourism didn’t have the budget for the naming rights — so we came up with a strategy to fill the gap. We helped the tourism commission develop a member program with city businesses that allowed them to unify more impactfully as a destination, making it even more beneficial for the community. ROC assumed the risk of the deal, while multiplying Franklin Tourism’s promotional power.
